Hi!
I am Graeme McGibbon and this is my personal web site dedicated to ENT and Maxillofacial Nursing.
This site will give you some idea of what we get up to within the Ear, Nose, Throat and Maxillofacial Surgery Department in Monklands Hospital, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

There's lots happening at the moment. We have established an ENT Emergency Care Team. The Nursing staff on the ward are now first contact for all ENT emergencies attending overnight.
We are also involved with the Centre for Change and Innovation (CCI) ENT Outpatient Redesign project. This is similar to “Action on ENT ”. I have taken on the role of Project Manager, so I am looking for info and advice from anyone who has been involved with redesign.
